This 10" x 12" wall art is a puppy wearing round glasses, looking through a frame/border, all collaged and quilted on fabric.  It's binding/outside edge border is hand-sewn on the back. For hanging on the wall it is equipped with triangular pockets on the top corners on the back of the art to insert a dowel into.
