Out and About

As I learn more about the art world I am discovering places to share my art. One of the communities I pretty consistently have art displayed and often for sale is at the Cedarburg Cultural Center.  The Main Street Gallery changes themes usually every month and a half.  And occasionally they have special shows.  Most galleries do take a share of the commission of the art.  Did you know that?   The Cedarburg Cultural Center is located at W62N546 Washington Ave., Cedarburg, WI  53012.  Stop in if you are in the area!

Only members of the Cedarburg Artist Guild may hang and sell their art in the Main Street Gallery.   Other shows done in this venue have different hosts and rules.  I often submit art quilts for those shows too.

In October 2025 my quilter's guild The North Shore Quilters Guild had their semi-annual show of over 100 quilts created by the members of our guild. The visitors to the show are invited to vote for their favorites in various categories.  I am honored to say I received two blue ribbons.  Mine are pictured above.  Click the link to see all of the winners.

In the Spring of 2026 four of my artworks are displayed at the Cedarburg Public Library.

Another publication, but online, is the CanvasRebel.  I was interviewed.
