Lions Den Gorge

13 3/4”w x 10”l cotton fabric collaged and quilted with embellishments and embroidery landscape art quilt of Lions Den Gorge Park along the Lake Michigan shoreline near Grafton, WI.  Many come to hike the well groomed paths and descend the stairs to the bottom where they can sink their feet into the cool waters of Lake Michigan.  I come also to see the wild flowers and foliage in this county park.  
To hang this art piece two triangular pieces of fabric have been sewn into the back corners where a wooden dowel is inserted to balance on a hook or nail.
